- Where is your warehouse and when is it open?
- 5,000 sq ft at Plot No. A-15, APIE, Balanagar, Hyderabad 500037. Open 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Do you supply to individuals, or only to the trade?
- Trade supply. We invoice a firm, on GST invoice.
- How do I place an order?
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 79898 81886 with the brand and the part. We confirm what we hold, raise a GST invoice, and dispatch. Stocked items go out the same day.
- What if I do not know the model number?
- Send a photo of the old part. A photo of the rating plate, the lock, or the operator is usually enough for us to match it.
- How quickly do you dispatch?
- Same-day dispatch on stocked items. If an item is not on the floor we tell you that, rather than quote a date we cannot keep.
- Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
- Pan-India, by tracked logistics. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination, so we do not quote one.
- Which brands do you stock?
- Sicor, Genesis, Hpmont, Mona Drive, Montanari, Fermator, 3A, Wittur, Marazzi, Kamachi, Bonoli, Usha Martin, Bharat Bijlee, Sharp Engineers and Techtronics. The catalogue lists which of them we hold against which part.
- Do you make anything yourselves?
- Landing doors, door frames, fishplates and brackets are ours. Everything else on the catalogue is a brand we stock, and the catalogue says which is which.
- Where do your guide rails come from?
- We import guide rails directly and hold them on the floor. We stock Marazzi and Kamachi rails.
- Do you give a GST invoice?
- Yes. Trade supply, on GST invoice. Our GSTIN is 36ABHFB3523H1ZN and our LLPIN is ADA-6816.
- How long have you been in the trade?
- The Bharat name has been in Hyderabad's elevator trade since 2006, as Bharat Engineering Works. Bharat Elevator Industries LLP is its stockist arm, and the Balanagar floor opened in 2026.
- Are the parts you sell certified?
- Certification belongs to the manufacturer, not to us. We are a stockist and hold no certificate of our own. Each catalogue category page carries what that brand’s maker states about its own products, with a link to the maker’s page so you can check it.
